5-minute walk to the medical campus! Rent is

I am a 5th semester nursing student. I am looking
for a roommate, preferably female, to room with for
the upcoming school year. I have been looking at
some apartments and found some on the westside about
5 miles from school. Rent will be around $380 plus
utilities. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom with a
washer and dryer. There is a outdoor pool and
fitness center in the complex. Looking to sign a 12
month lease.

First year male
medical student looking for 1 roommate (med, dent,
or grad student) to live in recently purchased 3
bedroom/2 full bath ranch style house. Roommate will
have a bedroom that is about 12X12 foot, own full
bath, share for 3rd bedroom that will be
an office, and 1 spot in attached garage. Rent will
be $425 per month plus half of utilities. House is
located on west side by I465 and 10th

46224). It is about 8 to 10 minutes to medical
center and traffic is ordinarily not an issue. House
