SPACIOUS 2 BR APARTMENT for SUMMER SUBLEASE

The apartment is currently vacant and will be available for 2 months June 1, 2008 – July 31, 2008.  It is located at Eagle Creek Apartments, near the intersection of 465 and Crawfordsville Road on the west-side of Indy.  It is a 2^nd story, 2 bedroom apartment, with full-size kitchen, dining room, large living room, balcony, and 2 full baths.  It sits on a small lake and is ~15 min drive from the IU med center.  The apartment is very close to shopping markets and retail outlets, all within a few minute drive.  Total cost is $600/mo, however if just one person looking to lease, cost is $400/mo…utilities are extra (cable/internet/AC) and are already hooked up and ready to go.  I am pretty flexible in terms of working out an agreement on price, and I can put up pictures or provide more info if needed…just let me know!
