Student Records Office serves several functions within Medical Student Affairs. Maintaining student records in the detail required for medical students and other health profession students is central to our operation.
In addition to record keeping, we coordinate various academic aspects of the medical programs, including working with advisors, and scheduling electives and clerkships. Important administrative functions include the health insurance and guest students programs.
Student Records is located in the VanNuys Medical Science Building, MS 124 (medical student records), MS 158 (health professions student records), MS 159 (guest students and insurance), and MS 160 (fourth year medical students).
Walk in or schedule an appointment. The offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
