How can I login to Listserv on the web?

Go to listserv.iupui.edu.

On the Listserv login page, click “get a new Listserv password.”

Supply email and password on the “Register Listserv Password” screen.

Note: Unlike other IU and IUPUI logins, Listserv expects your entire email address (e.g. jacksprat@iupui.edu). You are not required to use your IU network passphrase.

Once I'm in, what can I do?

  1. You can join or leave optional lists. MS4SALE-L, MS-SF and MS-SV are examples of lists with optional membership.

    (Subscription to your class listserv is required. Please do not delete or modify your class listserv subscription. Class listserv names follow this pattern: MS-20XX-L.)

  2. You can access the Listserv archives. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of IUPUI’s public lists. Click on “Subscriber’s corner” to see the lists (public and private) that you are subscribed to. To view a list’s archive page, click on the name of the list. To change your subscription options, click on the [Settings] link next to the list name.

    Note: To change your MD2B-EVENTS-L subcription to a digest, see the Events Options page.

  3. You can subscribe to an RSS feed for a list. Go to the list's archive page, as described in item 2. You will see RSS subscription icons at the bottom of the archive page.

As a list owner, how do I manage a list?

Listserv Web Interface allows you to search for existing subscribers, and, delete, and change subscriptions. Here are instructions for adding a subscriber. The other functions are similar.

Click on List Management -> Dashboard

Under Select List: choose your list from the drop down menu.

Under "subscribers" click "view"

Fill in the box next to Add Subscriber, using this format: johndoe@iupui.edu John Doe

Click "Submit"
