We have a private suite available in our home for a medical student. We are located at 20th & Alabama, right on a bus line and within easy biking distance of IUPUI and just a few blocks from the Monon Trail. The student would have a private bedroom with a queen size bed and walk-in closet, a full bath, kitchen privileges, cable TV in the bedroom, wireless internet, security system, laundry, exercise room, theater room and other amenities. They would be welcome to take meals with our family.
We are a non smoking family with no pets. Husband and wife are both engineers. We have 3 children, a 9 year old girl, and 7 and 4 year old boys. They are all in school from 8 - 3 every day and our home is large enough so that there's plenty of space for the children to play without interfering with study.
If a student is on a budget and would enjoy living in a secure, friendly, family environment, we've got a private suite available for $450/month.
