In your wireless connection manager, you will see three IU options:
To get started with wireless at IUPUI, the wizards are very handy. You can download to a jump drive from a wired connection on campus
Manual configuration is not very complicated if you have Vista. See http://kb.iu.edu/data/awzp.html.
For XP, there are more steps – and you must have either Service Pack 3 or Wireless LAN API to run IU Secure. To download Service Pack 3 or Wireless LAN API and configure manually, see http://kb.iu.edu/data/awxq.html.

Please note that if you use IU Secure for your wireless connection, you will not need VPN.
