Wellness Dimensions & Strategies
BE MINDFUL OF THE SIX DIMENSIONS
As multifaceted beings, we must address a complex set of needs in order to be truly well.
At any point in time, some aspects, or "dimensions" of wellness take more than one sixth of our attention, while others patiently — or impatiently — await our future investment.
In the long run, we each must maintain a healthy balance.
Medical school is a challenging beginning to a demanding career. Wellness strategies acquired now will continue to have a positive impact throughout your practice years and beyond.
We have developed this website as a starting point — a place to aggregate ideas, images, and resources to promote wellness concepts and practices. Please email content and/or suggestions to sukunkle@iupui.edu or mgray@iupui.edu.
